Topics AMED received a visit by State Secretary, Ministry of Climate and Enterprise and Ambassador of Sweden to Japan

On 7 May 2025, AMED president Dr. NAKAGAMA received a visit by Ms. Sara Modig, State Secretary, Ministry of Climate and Enterprise, accompanied by H.E. Ms. Anna Viktoria Flodh Li, Ambassador of Sweden to Japan. They shared their national policy or their activities in research and development in the field of science technology and healthcare. They also discussed approaches towards the practical application of research outcomes which are important and matter of mutual interest. They exchanged opinions on the potential for further development of AMED-Sweden collaboration in international cooperative projects, including ASPIRE and SICORP, which have already advanced cooperation with Sweden.
