Overview
This project provides support to international research projects in cooperating countries and regions and fields of cooperation designated by the Ministry of Education， Culture， Sports， Science and Technology （MEXT） on the basis of intergovernmental agreements at ministerial meetings， and so forth， in collaboration with funding agencies in the countries concerned.
This program is finished in 2017.
