Division of Health and Clinical Data Biobank-Construction and Utilization biobank for genomic medicine Realization(Tohoku Medical Megabank Project)

The third stage project started in 2021 after the first (2011-2016) and the second (2017-2020) stage project. The project carries out a long-term health survey focused on areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake, and provides the research infrastructure for the development of personalized genomic medicine by building up a biobank including materials and information from 150k individuals.
