イベント 令和5年7月19日 「Connecting Canada and Japan: A Regenerative Medicine & Gene Therapy Showcase」開催のお知らせ

日本医療研究開発機構（AMED）およびStem Cell Network（SCN）は、幹細胞、再生医療、遺伝子治療分野の研究開発支援等を行っています。日本とカナダにおいては、当該分野で画期的な発見をした長い実績もあることから、この度、幹細胞、再生医療、遺伝子治療分野における両国の研究開発状況を紹介し、現状や将来展望について議論するショーケースイベントを開催することとなりました。

このショーケースイベントでは、幹細胞研究や臨床応用、オルガノイドを使用した疾患モデリング、遺伝子治療・遺伝子改変などの分野における日本とカナダの研究活動を紹介します。幹細胞、再生医療、遺伝子治療分野のリーダーによる基調講演とテーマごとの全体講演を行い、最後に基調講演者を中心にディスカッションを行います。

日本とカナダの幹細胞、再生医療、遺伝子治療分野における研究開発動向、国際連携等にご関心をお持ちのアカデミア、産業界、その他の幅広い皆様のご参加を心よりお待ち申し上げます。

Principal investigators and clinicians working in the field of regenerative medicine and their trainees (i.e., a post-doc, graduate student, research associate, or technician) who are interested in the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the regenerative medicine ecosystem in Canada and Japan.

Registration Procedure:

1. Register online at this link. Registration will be open until Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 6 JST (Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 5 PM EDT). 
2. The showcase event is free to attend for investigators or trainees working on a research project in the field of stem cells, regenerative medicine, and gene therapy.
